Ore grinding fineness is not enough? Check these three points quickly!
1. Screen inspection: First check the screen! Blockage, damage or inconsistent mesh size are common main causes. Thoroughly clean or replace the wear-resistant screen with appropriate mesh size.
2. Hammer/roller wear: Are the hammer head and roller wheel seriously worn? Repair or replace them in time to ensure sufficient crushing force.
3. Parameter adjustment: Feeding too fast, ore hardness too high or humidity too high? Adjust the feeding speed and pre-treat the ore if necessary (such as reducing humidity) to ensure that the equipment operates under a reasonable load.
