Thin Oil Lubrication, Longer Bearing Service Life:
Both the main shaft transmission system and the fan transmission system adopt thin oil lubrication. Compared with traditional grease lubrication, it reduces friction resistance, maintains lower oil temperature, and effectively prolongs bearing life.
New Frequency-Controlled Classifier, High Product Precision:
Equipped with a new hanging cage-type powder separator with frequency control, fineness is adjustable and controllable to meet various particle size specifications.
Strict Environmental Compliance:
To meet the stringent environmental requirements of Zhejiang Province, SBM equips the system with a pulse dust collector to ensure a dust-free production site. At the same time, an intelligent control cabinet and remote central control system are introduced, enabling automated operation of the production line and significantly reducing labor costs.
Comprehensive Service System Throughout Project Lifecycle:
SBM’s service system supports the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring successful cooperation. A 24/7 rapid response mechanism is established, with a remote monitoring system collecting real-time data on more than 30 parameters such as equipment vibration and temperature, providing early warnings of potential failures. Every year, the “Quality China Tour” service revisits customers for equipment health checks, including parts maintenance and transmission system calibration, ensuring stable overall efficiency and reliable performance for customers.
